WHAT DOES A DEALER DO FOR YOU ;
It costs you nothing extra to select a dealer; you’ll be assigned one regardless when you place an order. Your dealer is a navigator through the company system, ensuring you get what you need. Many customers do not know who their dealer is, or isn't who it should be. Most orders are placed online, so the dealer in closest proximity to you may not matter at all -- how helpful they are definitely will. When some issue inevitably arises, will you even be able to get ahold of them? Many dealers are experienced, knowledgeable, and committed to their customers; some are not. Some dealers are simply not responsive. An unresponsive dealer is actually a liability, as you waste precious time and energy trying to reach them.Once you have a dealer, you can't change them. This can either be very good, or very bad. Dealers get to know their customers, and this system prevents any dealer from "poaching" customers from another. However, by the time you figure out that your dealer is inexperienced, gives you bad information, or simply won't return your calls, it's too late. Do yourself a favor; do a little checking, and make an informed choice.
